The Most Wonderful Time of Year

Is it the Holidays you ask, “no” I say!  Is it my Birthday you ask, again “no”!  Well, why is it the most wonderful time of year you ask; because it is Nordstrom‘s Anniversary Sale time!  For those of you new to this sale, trust me when I say it is an incredible sale.  It focuses on Fall items from all departments.  It is the perfect time to get your favorite designer items at a very discounted price; but don’t fret, for the more sensitive of pocket books there are items starting at around $17 with many in the $35-$55 price range.

Don’t worry, I am not breaking my own rules.  In order to make room for my new Fall wardrobe, I did this, this past weekend:

Closet Therapy Rack

Closet Therapy More

Closet Therapy

The Closet Therapist goes to therapy too!

I am not sure if that looks like a lot or not to you, but I assure you it is!  I am just as realistic with myself as I am others, probably more so.  If you are curious just how many items in total this is, send me a message or leave me a comment.

Of course Closet Therapy needs to be done regularly, but why this past weekend specifically, well for two reasons.

One is to make room for items such as these:

Sam Edelman Darla’ Pump

Enzo Angiolini Nyambi Pump (Nordstrom Exclusive)

Halogen ‘Katrina’ Bootie

MICHAEL Michael Kors Mixed Media Cardigan

Love By Design Tiger Eyelash Sweater

Tory Burch Brianna Colorblock Sheath Dress

Lily White Faux Leather Skater Skirt

Vince Camuto Max Calf Hair Satchel, Medium

If you would like to make a personal styling appointment, please let me know.  The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale started today, July 10th, for Nordstrom card holders and opens to the public on July 19th.

The second reason is this:

This is a great charity event being put on by fab’rik Austin for Austin women.  They need your donations to help make this happen.  Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to volunteer day of, I will be there!

Happy shopping, whether it is to Nordstrom, fab’rik, or wherever your shopping adventures take you!
